FOAMING AND CELLULAR GROUT
Ozone Foaming Grout
A foaming grout used for lightweight fill, void filling and insulating layers, mixed to the project's nominated ratio.
Description
Ozone Foaming Grout is a powder-based foaming grout used to produce lightweight fill for void filling, levelling and insulating layers.
The water to powder ratio governs the density and strength of the cured grout. The ratio is set for the application and should be confirmed for the project before production use.
Ozone can advise on mixing and placement equipment and on the ratio range appropriate to the intended application.
Typical applications
- •Void filling and lightweight fill applications
- •Levelling and insulating layers where low density is required
- •Projects where mix ratios can be trialled before production use
Limitations
- •Density and strength vary with the water to powder ratio, mixing method and placement conditions.
- •The grout is a fill material and is not a structural element unless specifically designed as one.
- •Mix ratio and application method must be confirmed with Ozone for the specific project.
Product selection, specification and system build-up should be confirmed with Ozone for each specific project before ordering or installation.
